Terms of Service

1. The service
BITIC provides business-intelligence dashboards, metrics and answers computed from data you connect. You retain all rights to your data; we access it read-only and never modify your source files or databases.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Workspaces support up to three seats; each member acts on behalf of your organisation.
3. Billing
The founding plan is billed monthly (US$49–79) after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices for founding members are locked while the subscription stays active.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use BITIC to process data you have no right to, attempt to access other workspaces, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Accuracy & liability
BITIC shows how every number is computed so you can verify it, and declines to answer when your data can't support an answer. The service is provided "as is"; business decisions remain yours. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
6. Termination & data
You may delete your workspace at any time; we remove your uploaded copies and derived data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
