Your data
BITIC connects to the data you choose to share so we can build dashboards for you. We treat your source data as read-only — we never modify your files or databases. Cleaning and transformation rules apply only to copies inside our warehouse.
Product analytics
With your consent, we use PostHog (product analytics) and Microsoft Clarity (session replay, with data-bearing content masked) to understand how the product is used and to improve it. These tools are only loaded after you click “Accept”, and you can decline at any time. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to capture technical errors so we can fix them quickly. Error reports are used solely to keep the service reliable.
